• Prepare Documents that prove your custody/guardianship over the child. (In case the applicant is a minor)

• Prepare and Submit the applicant´s identity document (Passport, Drivers Licence or Birth Certificate where applicable)

• Pay the $152.00 USD admission fee (One time only, Not Refundable)

• Sign all Required paperwork

• Submit Applicant´s information
